Protal Pipeline Liquid Coatings

Protal is Denso’s line of Protective Pipeline Coatings that can be applied by hand or spray method. We offer a full range of fast cure, high build epoxies for a variety of above and below ground corrosion protection. Our Protal Pipeline Liquid Coatings can easily be applied in high and low temperature environments. Our anti corrosion coatings are also great for protecting girth welds, tie-ins, cadwells, fittings, fabrications, repairs to FBE and rehabilitation to existing pipelines. Our pipeline coatings are high build, up to 50 mils in one coat.

Petrolatum Tape Systems

Denso’s Petrolatum Tapes or Wax Tapes have been around over 80 years, with Denso Tape being the first one developed. These high performance petrolatum tape products provide above & below ground and underwater protection to pipelines, fittings, tank bases, steel structures and many more. Our petrolatum tape wrap systems can easily be applied by hand to most surfaces in arctic and tropical temperature environments.

Sealing and Molding

Denso’s self-supporting molding compounds for irregular surfaces, such as flanges and couplings, used in conjunction with petrolatum tape or wax tape systems. They provide a smooth profile to minimal prepared surfaces (SSPC SP 2-3) and contain no VOC’s. Water, acid or salts from the environment do not affect Denso’s sealing and molding mastics.

Primers

Denso paste and primers are used in conjunction with petrolatum tape and SeaShield Marine corrosion control systems. Our primers contain moisture displacing corrosion inhibiting compounds that is easily applied by hand or brush.

Bitumen Tapes and Butyl Tapes

High performance adhesive tapes for above ground and below ground pipeline corrosion protection, weld joints, fittings, fabrications and repair of geomembranes. Denso offers a complete line of cold and hot applied tapes ranging in 10 to 80 mils in thickness.

Protective Outerwraps
