Our machine capacity enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive service from coating to finished product. Laser coating is the process of melting pure metal or alloy powder into a new or refurbished component to protect the surface from corrosion or wear. Laser coating achieves a completely metallurgical connection to the substrate. The laser coating process often produces a higher quality surface than the other coating methods, which gives the component a longer life.

Laser coating provides a fully metallurgical bond with the base material. The laser coating method produces a high quality surface, providing components with an increased life cycle.
Modern laser coating machines cost-effectively coat flat, rotary pieces from small sleeves up to 20 tons in weight, 20m in length and 3m in diameter. The inner coating is 70mm upwards in diameter.
