Term sheet

We are pleased to offer a template for a non-binding agreement that captures the key elements of a typical sales transaction (courtesy of Holman Fenwick Willan).

Capturing the key elements of any sales transaction in a Term Sheet reduces risk for both sides and represents good practice once a preliminary agreement between the parties has been reached. And whilst the Term Sheet is a non-binding agreement, it is helpful in establishing a basis for a deal before proceeding with a fully fledged contract and the associated costs such as inspection.

The template provides a starting point and can be adjusted as required with the support of your legal and/or commercial team.
