Slimane is an industry leader and co-founder of Dockstr with 25 years of equipment transaction and M&A experience, and with a diverse background in offshore operations, services, equipment, and engineering.

He has strong strategic, technical, and financial expertise acquired from positions with Technip, Subsea 7, Heerema, Intecsea, MacArtney & PA Resources prior to Dockstr.

He holds a Engineering degree in Hydrodynamics from Ecole Centrale de Marseille and an Insead MBA.

With a career in the offshore energy sector spanning 30+ years over four decades, Scott has amassed a wide spectrum of experience and has held various senior management roles in the oil & gas and renewables industries.

With a background in engineering, projects and operations, his career evolved to include roles in commercial, M&A, strategy and general management.

As a co-founder of Dockstr, Scott’s commitment to the energy transition dates back over 10 years with early involvement in offshore wind start-up Enventi.

Stefan brings nearly 30 years of sales and business development experience to Dockstr, where he effectively manages the brokering business.

He has operated his own business in Asia for 10 years, working with some of the leading investment companies in commercial real estate and more recently has been working with blue chip companies in the retail market.

Board Director

Yann brings more than 35 years of experience in Global Management, Business and Operations within the Upstream Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries.

From an engineering background, he has held various executive positions in Subsea 7 and the drilling industry worldwide. More recently, Yann has developed his strategic advisory company targeting SMEs and Start-Ups and creating value through various investments, partnerships and alliances.

Yann is a French citizen although having been resident on most continents, is particularly multiculturally-minded.

Board Director

Nicolas is a Senior Project Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in successfully managing large international infrastructure projects in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.

He has worked for Tier-1 companies such as Total, McDermott, Maersk and Technip, operating across various countries including the USA, UK, Norway, and Azerbaijan. Nicolas possesses a profound expertise in offshore industry construction, particularly in terms of the execution of complex marine infrastructure projects.

Board Director

Daniel is an expert in global shipbroking with a particular focus on the offshore O&G sector, the worldwide Drilling Rig market and the US Renewables sector.

Through Brookline Assets Ltd, Daniel oversees investments in a variety of sectors such as Oil and Gas, Biotechnology, Engineering, and Transformative Technology.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from IFAM Business School in Paris and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. He is fluent in French and English.

Senior Advisor

Bo Askvik is a senior advisor to Dockstr in the area of corporate financing & M&A. He is a seasoned executive at C-level in listed global companies with 40 years of experience from industries such as manufacturing, petrochemicals and oil and gas.

He has participated in many corporate M&A transactions involving both public and private companies with deals valued >$1.5B and has managed a large number of financing transactions including bonds, bank debt, syndicated loan facilities, private placements, mezzanine and convertible loans.

Bo has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Senior Consultant

Dave boasts 30 years in the subsea industry, initially as an offshore surveyor at Racal Survey and Wimpol before transitioning into management roles at Fugro.

He's a seasoned commercial manager, having held key positions at Fugro, Technip and Subsea 7. Dave's tenure also includes establishing Acteon Group's Norwegian survey operation as MD, where he co-founded the Norwegian Offshore Survey and Positioning forum.

Dave holds a PhD from Aberdeen University, an MBA and a Master in Law from Robert Gordon University.

Senior Consultant

Maxime has over 20 years of experience in the marine and renewable industry. He has worked for leading offshore organisations like Bureau Veritas and SBM Offshore and has a deep expertise in shipbuilding, marine survey and offshore installation.

Maxime holds a Master in Naval Engineering from ENSTA.

Business Development - Europe, Africa & Middle East

Tasman, a recent addition to the Dockstr team in Stockholm, serves as a Business Development Manager with a primary focus on Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

In this capacity, Tasman is dedicated to managing and facilitating business transactions. Additionally, Tasman is actively involved in conducting studies about the offshore wind industry. Tasman's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Business Development - USA, Canada & Europe

Riley is a recent addition to the Dockstr team in Stockholm, serving as Business Development Manager with a primary focus on Canada, USA, and Europe. In this role, Riley's focus is primarily on client account management and closing successful business transactions worldwide.

An alumnus of the Universities of Guelph in Canada and Linköping in Sweden, Riley's academic background includes a Bachelors of Commerce degree with specialisation in International Business, making him an ideal fit to Dockstr's global business.

Operations - South East Asia

Since 2018, Amarnath has played an integral role in Dockstr's growth and development. He has been actively engaged in various aspects of the company's operations, such as data management and equipment sourcing for some of our key clients. Following his relocation from Sweden to India, Amarnath now serves as our key representative in South East Asia.

Amarnath holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering from Uppsala University in Sweden and is currently based in India.

As a dedicated member of Dockstr's Business Development team, Edith is based in Mexico and plays an essential role in Dockstr's expansion in the Americas.

She is responsible for managing and expanding our presence in the Central and South American markets, as well as other Spanish-speaking countries.

Mike has spent over 4 decades in the international drilling sector in roles ranging from Measurement/Logging While Drilling (M/LWD) to technical advisor with industry giants such as Halliburton.

Mike's in-depth knowledge of drilling operations, acquired through his work experience worldwide, has led to his reputation as a trusted authority within the industry, something he now brings to Dockstr. Mike is based in Houston, Texas.

Scott has spent the last 3+ decades in the commercial and military diving sector, starting his career in the diving industry in Aberdeen with much of his working life being based in the Middle East, India and beyond.

Scotts vast knowledge of diving operations and equipment requirements worldwide brings expertise to Dockstr second to none. Scott is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

With a decade and a half of experience in the technology industry, Valentin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

His deep understanding of emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI and their applications helps shape our innovative solutions.

Being both an early team member and later on the founder of his own IT-related venture in the renewable energy market, Valentin continues to support Dockstr development and projects.

Cilla brings creative design expertise to Dockstr. She has worked for leading European architect firms in London, Paris, Stockholm and Stavanger such as Candy & Candy, Thomas Eriksson.

Having lived in Paris, London, Houston and Stavanger, she has a comprehensive understanding of international business allowing her to translate Dockstr's work into visually powerful representations.

She has received an Interior Architect degree from the Houston School of Fine Art and has further education from Central Saint Martin in London.
