• Mechanical drawworks that has been converted to electric by installing all new OEM electric transmission parts in it. All parts have been refurbished

New Installation

• Powered by two GE 752 traction motors.
• New brake rims and bands
• Brake linkage rebuilt like new
• Drum assembly rebuilt (new bearings and seals)
• Drum clutches rebuilt like new
• Drum was balanced
• All new (OEM) Electric transmissions shafts, jaws, linkages, bearings, installed
• New bearings installed in rotary drive and clutch rebuilt like new
• New chains installed
• Cat-works removed, mounts built and installed to except hydraulic catheads
• Console has all new valves, gauges and plumbing
• New air/water plumbing through out
• New Oil Pump and filter
• Unit prepped and painted
• Unit ran out in shop to insure all is getting oil, transmission shifting in all gears, clutches functioning properly and crown-o-matic is working properly.
• The water and air system tested to insure no leaks
• Lebus jacket and wear plates in like new condition for 1-3/8” line.
• This unit does not have an auxiliary brake or catheads.  The remanufacturer can provide and install hydraulic catheads and any auxiliary brake of customer's choice for an additional fee.
